I’ve been going to sports clips a long time and always got good hair cuts. I was in the area and needed one got Kayla as my stylist, like I said I’ve been getting good hair cuts this one was out of the ball park. I will be going out of my way to be coming down to her from now on thank you Kayla and sport clips

I Received a coupon from Sport Clips for a free MVP hair cut and after having bad service in the past I decided to try them again. I went in to the store and no one was in the store 3 minutes later 2 girls came out of the back and one of them said --did you check in on line //not hi or hello// and I said no and she said that 5 people were in front of me but if I check in before she finished cleaning her station she would do me first. The other girl cane to the front and said I could check in on the pad at the counter. She did not take my info even though she was doing nothing. I put my name and number in and 3 minutes later the other girl still had not finished cleaning up. I was irritated that there is no professionalism, no work ethic, no pride. Why would you not clean you station before went in the back. Why would you not greet your paying client. I said I am leaving and would come back when they had more time and the girl at the counter said good I was in a bad mood. I over reacted and called her a B and left. I own 3 businesses and I would have written them up for not doing there jobs and not wanting to help there clients.
