This was my first visit to the Crystal Sports Clips. I was greeted by Abigail and she’s so friendly, kind and very personable. She cut my hair exactly the way I like it. I can’t say enough great things her and the Crystal location. Other than it’s my new location to get my haircut. Kudos to Abigail!!!!

I was in the area and needed one got Kayla as my stylist, like I said I’ve been getting good hair cuts this one was out of the ball park. Feather, as my stylist no an 8/4/19 visit did a nice job in delivering my MVP cut. She began as very friendly, next reviewed my past cut w/your salon; asked if I'd like to repeat that style and concluded by providing me a pleasing cut. If there was anything I would offer for suggestions the next time it would be she offer to trim my eyebrows, something many stylists offer w/o me having to ask the question. Also, a slightly longer massage of the scalp would have been nicer (I've received longer ones from other stylists in the past, thus this comment). Again, nice job by Feather.

I didn’t personally go but my 5 year old son and my boyfriend got their haircuts here. My son has been going to the same place previously and they were good but I wanted to try something else. My son and boyfriend both love their haircuts and said they both want to continue going here. I’m very happy that my money was well spent and they were both satisfied with their haircuts!

I Received a coupon from Sport Clips for a free MVP hair cut and after having bad service in the past I decided to try them again. I went in to the store and no one was in the store 3 minutes later 2 girls came out of the back and one of them said --did you check in on line //not hi or hello// and I said no and she said that 5 people were in front of me but if I check in before she finished cleaning her station she would do me first. The other girl cane to the front and said I could check in on the pad at the counter. She did not take my info even though she was doing nothing. I put my name and number in and 3 minutes later the other girl still had not finished cleaning up. I was irritated that there is no professionalism, no work ethic, no pride. Why would you not clean you station before went in the back. Why would you not greet your paying client. I said I am leaving and would come back when they had more time and the girl at the counter said good I was in a bad mood. I over reacted and called her a B and left. I own 3 businesses and I would have written them up for not doing there jobs and not wanting to help there clients.
